This project involved creating a coffee shop from scratch, during which I worked with a team of individuals. In this team, I assumed leadership roles and developed strategies aimed at securing a competitive edge. My responsibilities included:

  • Monitoring an ad hoc system to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing initial pricing strategies, which later enabled us to differentiate ourselves in the market and cater to a specific audience.
  • Utilizing opportunities for improvement by observing and incorporating customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Initially, our focus was primarily on profit, but we gradually recognized the importance of customer-oriented strategies.

This project was conducted before I fully understood the significance of a product-led organization and the necessity of prioritizing customer demands by identifying pain points.
