- Creating Personas: I use the Think, Feel, See, and Do model to humanize our customers and identify pain points that need to be solved.
- Customer Validation: In this step, I create surveys to help validate hypotheses that can be tested.
- Hypothesis Testing: I have over 10 years of experience in testing hypotheses. In my profession, validating hypotheses is crucial before carrying out experiments. One needs to conduct research on each topic, prepare hypotheses to be tested, and, during the experiment, test and corroborate these hypotheses. Hypotheses could be tested and validated through
