Experienced in root cause analysis, employing methodologies such as 5-why’s and leveraging data and product analytics to solve complex problems. I bring a wealth of experience in enhancing both products and processes. Additionally, my proficiency in Digital Product Management, backed by relevant certificates, allows me to bridge the knowledge gap in this rapidly evolving field.
